Guest Access
Guests will have full-access to the home, yard, and other amenities. The front door is equipped with a smart lock. You will be given a custom code before arrival.
Check-in / Check-out Policy
We may be able to accommodate an early check in or late check out, subject to our booking calendar and cleaning schedule. Please note that a fee may be required for up to two hours. For 2-4 hours, we charge $50. For 4 hours or more, we will determine the appropriate rate based on the request.
Parking
Two parking spaces in the small driveway directly below the house. You'll be required to parallel park. Additional street parking is available closer to Russell's General Store.
Steps
The home is elevated off main street. A short flight of stairs is required to access the front porch.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
If the Tenant(s) cancels at least sixty (60) days prior to the start date, the Tenant(s) will receive a full refund, without penalty. If the Tenant(s) cancels within 59-31 days of the start date, Tenant(s) forfeit the rental deposit. For cancellations made within 30 days of the start date, the tenant forfeits fifty (50) percent of the rental fee. The security deposit will be returned in all instances. We recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance.

House Rules
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, cigarette butts should not be left on the grounds.
- No pets allowed.
- Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Respect check-in and check-out times. You can check with us about the option to check in early or check out late. Fees may apply.
Accidents happen. If anything was damaged during your stay, alert the homeowner right away. We may be able to remedy the situation if we know sooner than later.
Damage Waiver Fee
We a require non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $29 in lieu of a security deposit to cover incidentals and accidents, up to $300. (This excludes any pet-related damages). It is marked as the management fee on your listing.
